A jak\u017ce! Groch? No przecie\u017c. Nawet sam bobowaty b\u00f3b wydaje si\u0119 by\u0107 cz\u0119\u015bciej u\u017cywany w kuchni, gdy przyjdzie na niego sezon i nie kosztuje ju\u017c 25 z\u0142otych za kilogram. Ciecierzyca dost\u0119pna jest ca\u0142y rok, jej cena jest \u015bmiesznie niska, a po namoczeniu i ugotowaniu p\u0119cznieje najbardziej z bobowatych braci i  si\u00f3str. Nie twierdz\u0119, \u017ce w og\u00f3le si\u0119 jej u nas nie u\u017cywa i \u017ce to w\u0142a\u015bnie ja przynios\u0119 j\u0105 maluczkim pod strzechy. Ale sp\u00f3jrzmy na oferty popularnych dyskont\u00f3w, czy sklep\u00f3w osiedlowych. Je\u015bli chodzi o bobowate w konserwie, to mamy groszek, czerwon\u0105 fasolk\u0119, czasem bia\u0142\u0105. Jest te\u017c wsz\u0119dobylska kukurydza, ale ona jest z wiechlinowatych, wi\u0119c nie pasuje nam do tezy. Je\u015bli b\u0119dziecie kupowa\u0107 ciecierzyc\u0119, to polecam raczej paczkowan\u0105 lub konserwow\u0105, bo kilkakrotnie przynios\u0142am w r\u00f3\u017cnych ziarnach z bazarku mole spo\u017cywcze, a sami wiecie, jakie spustoszenie potrafi\u0105 uczyni\u0107 w kuchennej szafce. Je\u015bli ju\u017c nab\u0119dziecie suche ziarna, trzeba je bezwzgl\u0119dnie namoczy\u0107 na noc i nala\u0107 sporo wody, bo du\u017co jej wch\u0142on\u0105. Je\u015bli masa jest za rzadka, dosypujemy bu\u0142ki tartej. Formujemy ma\u0142e kotleciki i obtaczamy je w sezamie. Rozgrzewamy w szerokim rondlu olej (musi by go sporo, ok. 2 cm) i sma\u017cymy falafele z obu stron na z\u0142oto.
