Czu\u0107 \u017ce ser jest t\u0142usty i dobrej jako\u015bci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span itemprop=\"description\">Tak\u0105 w\u0142a\u015bnie zwart\u0105 struktur\u0119 ma sernik nowojorski. O ile na wsi jest to \u0142atwiejsze, mieszczuch mo\u017ce mie\u0107 spory problem. Zalewamy tortownic\u0119 mas\u0105, wk\u0142adamy z powrotem do wspomnianych 150 stopni i pieczemy oko\u0142o 40 minut, tak d\u0142ugo, a\u017c przestanie si\u0119 trz\u0105\u015b\u0107. Wyjmujemy tortownic\u0119, delikatnie wylewamy \u015bmietan\u0119 wymieszana z cukrem i dopiekamy jeszcze 5\u20137 minut. Ciasto jest bardzo delikatne, wi\u0119c je\u015bli macie bardzo g\u0119st\u0105 \u015bmietan\u0119, podgrzejcie j\u0105 chwil\u0119 do temperatury pokojowe, \u017ceby \u0142atwiej si\u0119 rozprowadzi\u0142a po powierzchni sernika. Wyjmujemy, studzimy i gotowe! Mo\u017cna podawa\u0107 z sosem malinowym lub truskawkowym (owoce miksujemy z cukrem, przeciskamy przez sito w celu pozbycia si\u0119 pestek; je\u015bli s\u0105 mro\u017cone to wcze\u015bniej oczywi\u015bcie rozmra\u017camy).
